Mr Manpreet Singh MRCOG DFSRH is the driving force behind the project. He is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Cancer Lead for Gynaecology at Torbay Hospital, Torquay, Devon UK.
Gynaepedia is a project aimed at helping candidates get through MRCOG exam with least difficulty. GEM aims to provide targeted practice at EMQs and SBAs for MRCOG Part II. We launched our first Module (Colposcopy) as part of a fully online preparatory course (GET Online), which aims to provide realistic practice for MRCOG Part II. It is supported with the well-known and much-demanded Gynaepedia Vade Mecum, which has detailed Mindmaps (which we have made a name for!) and shortcut tables and diagrams as aide memoirs for difficult topics.
We are obsessive about Quality Control and do not wish to bite off more than we can chew. We are also very conscious of the changing environment within the College and aim to keep abreast of the changes. Therefore, new additions will take time but when functional, will be of very high standard.

Hopefully you have received the Course Programme by now.
You will get a Gynaepedia Examination Booklet which has got concise high yield information focused on passing the Exam. There are also lots of MindMaps similar to the ‘Sample material’ displayed on the website. These are designed to tackle all possible EMQs on the topic. We will discuss these at the Course.
The cheatsheets are not provided separately as they are free to download and print for everyone.
New unreleased cheatsheets will be given to candidates and discussed at the Course as they are Hot Topics with the College.
